Confidentiality policy

The personal data collected through this platform are processed under the joint responsibility of the President of the Université de Lille, the President of the Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg, the President of the Instituto Politecnico do Porto, the President of the Taipei Medical University.

This data will be used for the sole purpose of recruiting students for the joint Erasmus Mundus EMMaH (Euro-Asian Master of Medical technology and Healthcare business).

The legal basis for this processing is the public interest mission of training provided by the partner university structures of this programme (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR" - art. 6, 1, e).

The collection of your personal data is mandatory. Otherwise, we will not be able to consider your application.

This data will be accessible to the following categories of recipients: Authorised members of staff of the above HEI of Lille, Hamburg, Porto and Taipei. Members of the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) of the European Union.
Authorised members of the staff of the eMundus company acting as a personal data processor. Authorised members of the organisations providing services associated with student life (accommodation, insurance, etc.).

These data will be kept on this application platform until the selection procedure is launched in year N+1. It will be kept by the above-mentioned universities for the statutory period associated with university enrolment in national degrees.
You may access your data, rectify it or exercise your right to restriction. You may also object to the processing of your data under the conditions set out in Article 21 of the GDPR.
